I simply asked for a graphic to be placed on a 2'x4' rectangle priced and sent to me to approve the placement and size. One week later I still do not have a proof and was met with the response, "you have to place a deposit before we will do that." I have ordered many things from graphics companies for the past ten years and have never been treated this way by any of them. I'm simply wanting to buy buy graphics from them and they would not sell them to me.
So helpful, timely response, extremely talented! Will definitely be a return customer!!
This company was a waste of my time. They do not reply to emails. They do not follow instructions once they do open and reply to emails and furthermore they do want a deposit before they will give me a proof!!! What???
