Everyone is so laid back and friendly , not the fake nice you usually have to deal with. Dr Cho explained everything so clearly to where you won't have any questions afterwards. Looking forward to my future visits and work I have to get done and I NEVER say that about the dentist.
Plus Aspen is significantly less expensive then my usual dentist, by several hundred dollars and in the case of my husband's implants several thousand dollars. So needless to say Aspen is now our new "usual" dentist.

I went in for a tooth extraction. My past experiences with dentists have been painful and terrible but everyone at Aspen Dental are absolutely amazing. I was very nervous going in and they were all very patient and calm with me and even had me laughing. I was so nervous about not being numb enough and feeling them pull my tooth out but they made sure i was 100% numb before even attempting to pull my tooth and explained everything to me so well. I am very impressed with Aspen Dental. I actually found a place I can trust. I am so glad i decided to go to them and I would def recommend them to anyone who has any dental needs.
The staff is EXTREMELY friendly and very detailed. The facility is ridiculously clean! Dr. Choo is amazing. She is very honest and upfront.
Dr Cho was very patient, kind and gentle, explaining everything very well to me. The office manager was also very sweet and the x-ray technician was a hoot and kept me smiling instead of focusing on my fear. I would highly recommend this office in Lenoir City
Exceptional!!! I had a scheduled appointment back in October with my usual dentist, but found out I was pregnant and had to postpone everything until my second trimester which wouldn't be until the end of December. However my usual dentist closes down the last 2 weeks of the year. So I was going to have to forfeit my dental benefits for the year. Then a friend told me about Aspen, not only was I able to get an appointment at the last minute. I was able to get the majority of the services done in one week (thankfully before the end of the year so I could utilize the yearly max of my dental insurance) I was in need of a cleaning, root canal, crown, extraction and fillings.
