Daniel in the local AT&T store should be the person that all customer service people should aspire to be. I have been into the store twice and both times I have worked with him he has been AMAZING. He has also done this without making a dime off me due to the contract I'm currently in, but when my contract is up I will be his customer. Believe me this is only due to him not anything to do with the 1-800 # Customer Support. I hope AT & T recognizes a great employee when they see it!
