They suck. That's all there is to say. They are never on time. They give you a time they will be here and they never show up and never give straight answers to why they don't have your items. Way over priced and they are idiots. Just don't do it, just don't
This store is very unorganized. I have never ordered a mattress & box springs from a rental company and it not come with the basic frame . I called for 3 days straight trying to speak with a mgr and not no-one returned my call.I finally spoke with Jaime on the day they delivered my mom mattress & box springs after his guys said they would be back within an hour and mom waited 2 hours so I finally called to see what was going on just to be told they have to write a new contract because the frame wasn't included with mattress and to be told she was going to have to wait till tomorrow. Not everyone has all day to sit around and wait for something that not going to show up after telling her they will be back in an hour. Kudos to Jaime for allowing his guys to go back out same day with an added bed frame. But the over all organization of this online order process is very unorganized .

Lowsy service and delivery. Waited 8 hours for my furniture and they still didn't have all of it. They had to go back to the store. Who knows how long this will take. Was told they would deliver between 1 and 4pm. It is 8pm and still waiting. Please be aware.
Great customer service the Lenoir city store has great employee kind and caring. Will keep doing business with them :) five stars great prices :)
