Very unfriendly and unprofessional. I've used them several times, because there is nowhere else near here, and each time the price changes even though they tell you it won't and their communication skills are lacking to say the least . This year I paid 590$ to have my pool COMPLETLEY open... they never finished and workers left trash and leaves in my driveway and landscaping. I paid for it because they said it would clear up in a week and be in swimming condition, but two weeks later its slightly clearer and definetily not in swimming condition. Worst service I've ever used.
Leslie is fantastic she started helping me last year with my pool and she really knows her stuff. She needs a raise cause i have walked in and 5 -8 people in the store and she helps serveral at one time a d i didn't have to wait long. She sells you exactly what you need , and is very polite with the customers. If she ever leaves i will go some place else.

I seen the bad reviews posted. I hate that someone has had a bad experience. I can say that my experience today was awesome. I think her name is Leslie, she was so much help and very nice. She saved us money and answered many questions. I would recommend this place to everyone. Thanks so much for your time today.
Very rude and unfriendly. I called looking for a certain product and after a quick "No we don't carry it " she hung up without giving me a chance to ask any other question.
