Gym is clean. Kinda smaller though.. not much equipment I'm used to at many other golds locations. Friendly staff. Lots of Hoist / Free motion / Technogym / Atlantis strength equipment (Cybex and Precor and various cardio) ...very little Hammer Strength or Life Fitness. Excellent gym for beginner to intermediate
Love this particular golds. The staff is incredible friendly, and it's very clean.
