Very friendly and helpful staff. Much quicker and easier to get in and out than the big box stores.
Was fine. Selected the items and waited for cashier to complete a large order. Paid for same and had a pleasant conversation with Betsy.
Great store that had everything I needed and the person to show me where. Also let my dog come in with me and treated my dog like a prince. Gave him treats and lots of loving. Found my parts in less than 10 minutes but stayed almost 30 letting people pet and mingle with my pit bull. We both absolutely loved it
The reason Elders at Dixie Lee gets 1 star, is there is no option for 0. This place has the worst customer service of any business I have ever shopped. The small engine dept is especially the worst managed segment of a business I have ever experienced. So bad in fact, I just went ahead and bought my own chain sharpener, just to avoid the hassle of dealing with Elders Ace Hardware incompetent staff. They are so mismanaged it illicits anxiety for me to even think I would have to go there again
