My brother is in CCU and the doctors and nurses have been very nice and takes care of my brother. The doctors have explained everything in terms that they make sure we understand what is going on. We have no problem with this hospital at all. Very courteous staff . We would recommend this hospital.
I've been in the ER here several times over the years and the staff was very caring and professional from the front desk to the doctors and nurses. I've never had a bad experience there either with the ER or with having various tests run and several surgeries and procedures. I've never been required to stay over night but my sister had a prolonged stay when she was in the last stages of cancer. Everyone was kind, considerate and efficient during that time. I see all of these bad experiences and it surprises me because I've always had the best quality care there.
Where is my loved one? Never could get a nurse on phone for update. Person could have been dead in the bathroom and no one would have known!
Went in with excruciating pain and not able to keep anything on stomach due to kidney stone. Of Course no treatment til paperwork. Taken back and Doc came in and said he would get some IV going. Taken for CT scan. One hour after admitting still no pain med while I lay in room with no one checking on me while i was in fetal position hugging bed rails to try to get relief. Finally screamed out delirious in pain. Then they come in the room with a guard who was trying to be nice but instructed me I needed to be quiet. i told them all to get away from me. Five minutes later I got my clothes on and left as they were finally bringing a bag in to set up IV. No one who has ever had a kidney stone would allow someone to lay there in that kind of pain with no meds.
Staff has always been great any time I've been there. I have taken my mother there several times and never had a problem. Er staff stays busy and sometimes there is a wait but the wait normally is because something else more emergent is going on.
