We've had nothing but issues since we signed up. Now that we switched companies, they are sending us bills STILL...and to an old address despite them having our current one. I think they're completely incompetent.

The absolute WORST insurance company I've ever dealt with. Even after we canceled our policy they charged us for another month and said it could take up to a month for a refund. We went to farm bureau and paid almost half. They only paid one day for our rental car and left us owing the rest. Every time I called I got a different answer for the same questions. I cannot stress enough how unorganized and unprofessional this business is. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
