It's good if you're desperately in need of housing. My neighborhood seems to be good, nice people and not much noise. What I dislike is that it is hard to get maintenance out to fix anything, and they are too invasive with their numerous inspections. I was told my house was too dirty, and it was spotless. No idea why they would say that... it was definitely weird. Needless to say, I am moving out of here in the next month or two, I am grateful for the help I did receive.
