Lenoir City TN location absolutely Awesome! The Service was super nice, I called ahead and the lady that took my order greatest me by my name when she heard me tell the other guy, she waved at me and said my name and said "I got you all fixed up!" The best little Ceasure pizza we've ever had! Fresh and hot! I normally goto Maryville Tn location but lately it has been horrible! And they NEVER have "Hot and Ready " pizza's like they are supposed to. And there service is horrible and the poor guy behind the counter is just dumb... everytime I order he's like "ummm it's going to be about 10min..." almost like he's hoping I will just say nevermind and leave..and it's never just 10min. It's always 30min at the latest.
Have walked out 4 of the last 5 visits. They never have pizzas "Hot and Ready" - always a long wait, and you can't call and order ahead when they won't answer the phone. Maybe hire more pizza makers instead of roadside sign twirlers?
awful staff. not friendly at all. the one lady stared at me as i nicely asked if i could get the ranch i paid for, not s big deal i know but the fact that she was so rude about it was disgusting.
So from now on I may have to drive to Lenoir City!
My order took 30 mins! Horrible management and employees had no pace! Very rude and don't care about there customers! When they asked me what the wanted the words out of there mouth was "what do you want" no greeting or anything pretty much just saying screw you I hate my job and my life! Anyways will not be coming back there again. Also Vanessa she seemed to be cracked out on something.
Pizza was very good for the price. I was very disappointed in the crazy bread, it was not done. The dough was still stretchy!! Nasty! Also I watched one boy use his fingers to push a pizza into a box, not mine!
