I would have given Sixpack Moving Company a 5-star rating if their employees were given all the tools to do their job in a professional and expeditious manner.
Terrible company 6 hrs late and over charged my account by 300 dollars never hire again

My wife and I recently moved to Knoxville and needed help to unload 2 moving trucks into our new home. We called Seven at Six Pack Moving and he was so friendly and helpful. We arranged for 2 movers to come in 2 days time, glad they were available on short notice! The 2 young men arrived on time and got right to work. They did everything we asked and were very pleasant which was a huge thing during such a potentially stressful time. Seven called my wife to be sure they arrived on time and followed up with a couple more calls during the day to be sure we were happy with the service that was being provided. This is an A+ company with A+++ service! I would recommend them to you and definitely hire them again.
To make a long story short, because no straps were available, all the furniture had to be placed on the floor of the truck. To prevent the furniture from sliding or toppling over during transport, it had to be packed very tightly and no stacking was possible. To do this each piece of furniture had to be re-arranged over and over again to get it to fit in the truck tightly enough. This easily added an hour and a half to two hours to the time it should have taken to load the truck had they used straps.
Amazing company and crew! They moved an 11 ' long aquarium and stand into a home for us Parrott Aquatic! Even our Parrott Aquatic customer was impressed with Sixpack! We will use them again soon for something else big and fishy!
The two men that moved my furniture and boxes did as good a job as they could given the equipment they had to work with. When they arrived in a U-Haul truck, I noticed immediately that they were not adequately equipped to do a professional move. They had no straps to tie down furniture to the inside walls of the truck. The truck did have the necessary rails to accommodate straps.
