My wife and I went through this office to sell our home and it was a huge mistake. We encountered problem after problem, the worst being several breeches in contract. Our agent did not seem to work for us as much as the buyer and when a problem would come up she would say she did not know anything about. After this we will never use any Century 21 location again. We closed on our house and paid more money in closing cost than agreed due to a contract breech but just decided to close anyhow to end the horrible experience with this office.
