Great shoe store,great prices
I will never go back to this store. I went to buy my little sisters shoes for a funeral and the lady was in such a hurry. She decided she didn't want to wait for my card to run through the system so I tried a different card which work. Come to find out she had charged both cards. I went back a few days later with proof that she had charged me twice and she was beyond rude. She couldn't help and then couldn't give me a correct number to call so I could get my money back. I went back a couple more days later to have her help me again because the number she had given me was incorrect. As soon as I walked in she was rude and assumed I just didn't call and continued to be hateful. She finally gave me the correct number and I have yet to get any help or get my money back. I don't recommend going to the lenior city store. I will definitely not be going back.
