Was back today because I had such a great first experience. But today when I pulled up there was a closed sign in the window saying back at 2, although it was after 3. When I decided to try anyway, they were in face open. A young man was sitting there and he immediately came to help, but when I asked if he was aware his sign said closed, he said, "Oh yeah, I know." I had been to the store earlier and just assumed it was in fact closed, now I'm not so sure. If only the young man had been apologetic, no problem. But to have been given the flip answer that i got, I decided it wasn't worth doing business with them again. Customer service means a lot, and this young man missed the mark today.

I took my phone in with a cracked screen a few months ago and was just happy to get it fixed. The frame of my phone is bent from a self standing case I used to have on it. When I took my phone back in because the touch screen wasn't responding, I got it back with the home button not working and was told it was because of the bent frame even though it had worked both before and after the screen replacement. Come to find out from a different repair shop, it was because the home button was replaced with one that doesn't fit my phone and nothing inside my phone was screwed back together, leaving it prone to damage from moisture. I didn't really care for the man's personality either time I came in but I've never been one to complain about someone as long as they do their job well. He didn't. He instead butchered my phone and gave it back in worse condition and lied about why.
