Nice customer service, very clean store, always a line open for fast service, helpful staff, meat department has excellent quality meats, my favorite place to shop.
This area is active with very sketchy activity. Would not feel comfortable bringing family.
I prefer the old store because you didnt have to unload your cart at checkout.
Completely RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL STAFF! I will never shop at this location or any other location now that I know how Ingles staff treats their customers! ANNIE who answers the phone when choosing option to speak with customer service has now hung the phone up on me twice. Even after asking to speak with a manager over a disrespectful, rude , and unprofessional employee , I was directed back to ANNIE who then hung up on me again after me asking if i had just spoke with her before. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I cannot believe they allow their employees and managers to speak to customers the way they do and hang up on them every time they call. Doesn't matter how great the store is if the people running it treat paying customers like dirt. Great job Ingles!
