They could never get me on the right medication, two of the medications we tried could have gotten me pregnant, they canceled my appointments and just "sent me a letter" instead of calling (plus I never got said letter), they put me on hold for 20+ minutes, and when I was without medication they were unable to fit me in for an emergency appointment.
Started out wonderfully with great service, and flexibility to get you in if you needed an emergency appointment (whether medicine was not working correctly or whatever the reason). But the longer I was there it was just constant downhill.
I would highly recommend finding another Behavioral Health Office, because after a long process of NOT GETTING ANYWHERE, I'm having to look for another doctor in the middle of my school semester.

When calling they would put me on hold for 20+ minutes and not to mention when they finally answered they usually didn't have a solution for any issues you may be having. In particular, I was subscribed two different medications for my bipolar depression that could cause to make my birth control ineffective (I have no time for a child nor do I want one). When my pharmacist warned me of this I went off the medication completely (of course), and called the doctor's office. My psychologist, Angela Wentworth, told me in my previous appointment to give a call if I had any issues with said medication and they would get me in for an emergency appointment. Well after being on hold they said they had no appointments until 2 months away. Having bipolar depression, you have to have medication to properly function. So today, after 3 years of being there I'm giving up.
