Dr. White is my Guardian Angel! I love her! She always listens closely and professionally looks for a list of different solutions that can fit my needs and limitations-budget- better. You just can tell she TRULY cares about your well being.

Joyce Hatch & her assistant were awesome. Very thorough, informative & friendly. I don't trust many people with my sweet hubby, but definitely would take him here again. Thank you for the excellent care

Saw Dr. Hatch for an abscess on my leg. Very painful and swollen. She did not want to lance it. Gave me antibiotics and said that should take care of it, and if it didn''t get better in a few days t come back. Didn't get better. Went back a few days later, after work, because it wasn't getting better. She would not lance it because she said "she had a waiting room full of patients and didn't have to time". She also said "if you'd come in earlier in the day it wouldn't have been as busy". I even took off work a little early so I could try to be there by 5:00. Ended up going to another urgent care the next day where they lanced it and gave me a different antibiotic. So I spent over $100 in co-pays for this. If they're that busy after 4:30 or 5:00 during the week, then they need to seriously think about adding another doctor or NP to handle the load. I couldn't believe she said that to me.

A month ago I went to this clinic to have a rash checked out. I was extremely desperate and did not want to wait for my dermatologist. I was told by a male physician tht examined me tht it was a yeast infection on my body, he prescribed medication. Fast forward a month and I still have the problem. I called to see if they could prescribe me a diffirent medication and I was informed since he was a fill in they couldn't do anything except set me up another appointment for me to pay another office visit of $95.00 to possibly be given a wrong diagnoses again or they could recommend a dermatologist. After going back and forth with the receptionist, who was extremely rude, I was told she was just the receptionist and couldn't do anything to help me. It seems to me tht their concern is taking money and not the welfare of their patients.
