1: My shirt now has a brown stain on the sleeve that was not there before
3: The pants have always had a nice thin crease down the front of the legs. Now they don't. Now the pants have kind of a "non-straight double crease" down the front of the legs that catches the eye in the worst way possible.
2: Don't ask me how, but my suit collar is wrinkled, yes wrinkled.
Very nice crew of people the try their best to get the dry cleaning done fast as possible if you need it asap.
Doesn't even deserve half a star. I took my WEDDING gown there to see how much it would be to dry clean. Guy at the counter said he'd have the boss look at it and give me a call later that day before they did anything. I came back four hours later, not having heard anything, and the place was closed. Not only that, my dress was still sitting on the counter in plain sight where I'd left it there that morning. I had to wait all weekend for them to open again. When I went back that monday morning, the owner was a completely incompetent dick. He claimed to never have seen the dress, that the store didn't even have phones to call customers back anyway, and claimed the dress was untouched (looking at it, the dress was clearly turned inside out by someone, so that was a lie). Needless to say I took my dress and left as quickly as I could.
You know the old saying that goes something like this - "screw me once, shame on you; screw me twice, shame on me"? Well, shame on me. I used to live in Lenoir City and used this place a few times. My wife kept saying that new spots were appearing on the shirts I had taken to this place, so after a few times of hearing this from my wife I quit using them. Flash forward 5 years to yesterday. My wife and I have a wedding to attend this weekend and so I dropped off my Polo suit and a very nice shirt at this establishment for pick up on Friday. I picked up the 2 piece suit and dress shirt this afternoon and asked the 2 employees at the checkout area if there were any problems with my clothing and they both indicated that "everything looked good!"......False! I just got home and unwrapped everything and tried it on and there are several problems:

If you have a real a$$hole of a boss, offer to drop his dry cleaning off for him and bring it here.
4: On the suit coat, where the sleeves meat the torso in the chest area there is an odd bulge that looks like the sleeves came from a different coat.
If the owner of this establishment reads this, please by all means get in touch with me. I have pictures to back up every claim I just made. Your business took a $700 suit and turned it into something my teenager can wear to the Christmas play at school, maybe. Shameful business, has been for years obviously.
I take all my clothes there and they always come out looking better then whwn they went in and if theres something wrong they hold the clothes andb fix it
5: The inner liner of the coat back had a nice straight crease in the silk fabric. Now the crease is spread apart like it was pressed or steamed without attending to that detail.
