So far everyone has been nice. There is one guy that was extremely awesome but sadly I didn't get his name. It was abt a month ago. :)
I ordered a pizza to be delivered to my house because I couldn't leave the house. The estimated delivery time said 725-735pm and at around 750pm I called to check on my pizza and the first time I called a man grunted a few unrecognizable words into the phone and then hung up on me. I called back and Hailey answered. Hailey was so sweet and helpful she said that the pizza was on the way and that they had gotten really busy so there would be a delay. I understand that sometimes places get busy and I was satisfied with waiting an extra 35-40 minutes to get my pizza. Pizza was delivered and I opened my box to find that there was no garlic sauce. I order from papa johns because of the garlic sauce. I tried to get the delivery guys attention but he was already gone so I called the store. Thankfully I wasn't hung up on this time and Gavin answered. I explained the situation and asked if he could have the delivery guy turn around to bring some garlic sauce and his response was to COME TO THE STORE AND GET SOME. If I was able to drive to the store I would have but I explained that I had my pizza delivered because my cars tires had been slashed earlier today. He then told me that the store had gotten busy and this just happens. I told him that I was disappointed and I am. I understand that sometimes things get busy but if you make a mistake at least attempt to fix it. This papa johns has the laziest employees and the worst customer service that I have experienced. As a result of this, I am rethinking going to Papa Johns again.
Great quality pizza and it was ready right in the amount of time they said it would be done.
