Yes, this location only has carry out or delivery but the pizza to me taste better than most if not all other pizza around. Yes they may have some new employees that are still training but if you notice all the pizza places in the area are usually hiring. Yes there are times you may have to wait a bit longer than the 15 min.carryout or the 30 min delivery when they are busy, but the taste of there food is actually better than alot of other pizza places so it's worth it for my family. If you order from the internet your time is no different than if you call in to order, but it does give you a few discounts on the web that the store's don't have. And you don't have to call and talk with anyone, so no complaining on service for ordering.
I ordered pizza from the Pizza Hut in Lenoir City, TN last night at 6:17pm. The email stated that I would have my pizza by 6:50pm! By 6:55, I realized that they were late, so I called into the store and spoke to an employee there named Robert. Robert was very rude and condescending to me. I asked him if I still had to pay for the order since it was 5 minutes late already he said "uhhhh yeah!" in a really rude attitude. I didn't know! Some places do offer a "free if it's late" policy! Then he sarcastically apologized to me like he didn't care when I said I would just take my business elsewhere. As we were getting off the phone, I could hear him saying in the background "what does he think this is? A charity?" I'm sorry, but that is a VERY rude thing to say about a customer who is just wondering what is happening with his $23 order. Then, on top of that, when the order DID finally come, the delivery driver (who was the only nice experience about the service), told me that they were out of regular Pepsi, so instead of calling me and making sure it was okay with me, they just threw a Wild Cherry Pepsi in the bag and told him to bring it to me. That's a huge problem, considering that I am allergic to Cherry Cola's (Pepsi & Coke). As in, fatally allergic. It can kill me if I drink it. Something that makes the Cherry flavor makes me incredibly allergic. So basically, I paid money for a soda that I couldn't even drink. My girlfriend took it home with her last night when she came over to get it. Thanks alot! I'm sure you have more 2 liters in the store than just Pepsi and Wild Cherry Pepsi that you could have called and asked me what I would like so I could have had something to drink with my pizza. Then, on top of that, by the time the pizza got to me, the ingredients were just thrown all over the pizza like they were in a hurry to make it. Put absolutely no appeal into it, shoved it in a box, and sent it my way. It was also cold by the time I bit into it. It wasn't freezing cold, but it wasn't fresh and hot. So I basically wasted $23 of my money (and I am on a limited income) for crappy service and crappy pizza. I threw the rest of it away because I couldn't even eat it. It was disgusting. Overall, this experience was absolutely terrible. There are at least three other pizza companies near where I live that would love to have my business, such as Dominoes, Papa Johns, and Little Caesars but I chose Pizza Hut because they are SUPPOSED to be better than the competition. They aren't. This store has rude employees and they can't even find a simple address to get my order to. I'm sorry, but I don't see how this company deserves my continued business without doing something to go above and beyond to fix my issue.
have never ordered at this pizza hut. the boy who took my call couldn't figure out how to put my address in computer and instead of getting assistance, he hung up on me. I called back and yes I was upset. I was told the boy was new. No excuse. the boy who told me he was the manager was very rude and I called Jets pizza and got much better service. Jet s pizza is great! will never order from pizza hut again. Bad business. Not polite to customers.
The pizza is always great, but our local Pizza Hut has no dine-in area at all. And don't call for delivery unless you're okay with s rather large delivery charge plus a tip. Locals can easily go by and pick their order up in person.
This is a takeout and delivery restaurant only..... No seating.... Pizzas great ....the wings are a little pricey but their meaty and worth it...... The wings are a little higher than anywhere else but they're double the size.... And it seems that their sauces penetrate the wings deeper... Very good flavor!
