I had a horrible experience at this minute clinic arriving 10 minutes before 8 PM when it was said to close and the bearded doctor refused to see my son who ended up having a ruptured eardrum him
Was very sick and the local walk-in clinics were not open. Went to the CVS Minute Clinic and was very happy with my experience. The NP was efficient and knowledgeable. She took her time to make sure that she was making the correct diagnosis. The pharmacy was then very quick to process my prescriptions.
I use to get my medications without a problem.They have not been filing my medicine under both insurances i have to tell them everytime i pick up.Here lately when i do not have refills they say they send a request but i wait and call back and they say no response yet call your dr to try to speed things up.It can be very frustrating.
The coupon machine was down. And there was a manager standing right beside as I attempted to use it. The prompt says to talk to a manager, so I did. And her only response was "Well, we just have to wait for it to come back online." I am here to make a purchase now, though. I thought it was unacceptable that she watched me try to access something that she clearly knew was down and her response to wait until it was back up, especially since it didn't seem to be happening that day.
Good pharmacy. Not a good minute clinic though.
