I am a disabled RN. I expect professional standard of care but don't always receive it unfortunately. East TN Drug has exceeded my expectations. They never disappoint me. Every employee is more than helpful & caring.
I get made fun of in this place every time I pick up my dogs prescription by the old woman. because of my old drivers license photo, this place doesn't deserve 1 star. its sad that people treat others this way. I have been getting my dogs med's filled from the fresh market here for 2 years, the older woman makes fun of my drivers license photo every time I get my dogs prescription.
They carry a good inventory of prescription and non-prescription drugs not found at the chain drug stores. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable.
Amazing customer Service. My friend needed to get his son's prescription filled on a day they were closed. They came out and took care of it. On top of that, they covered the cost. Where can you get that kind of service at a national chain drug store?
Staff are very nice.
