The food was good and the drink was good but when I opened my lid to my drink to get some ice there was a dead black bug in my drink.
Food was good and service was fast, especially because they were pretty busy when I got there.
A nice, clean location with friendly employees and good food. The service was quick.
Usually they're great, but the last time we went, the roast beef was very overcooked and extremely dry and grainy. Hard to eat.
Ordered shakes in the drive-thru. "Ultimate" chocolate shake was okay, not as good as previous. Vanilla shake had NO taste. Tasted like milk, no sugar or flavoring at all. Called back, and was told "well, we don't put any flavoring in those". Really?! Manager was on the register when I went back in, did give us our money back. Overall, not impressed at all. Will go across the street to get shakes next time.
