The girls who work Saturdays are always rude. Three times I've been here Saturday mornings, and three times I got attitude from both the clerk and the groomer. The staff that work during the week are always nice, though.
The staff are pretty friendly and are easy to talk to about animals. They'll let you take out the cats they have for sale and pet them and such. Great variety of food, treats, toys, and essentials.
