My parents bought their car from your dealership and they encouraged me to go there when I decided to trade my vehicle. I am glad that I took their advice. Jeff Cooper even kept my niece and nephews entertained during my buying process.

As you will see below, purchasing the vehicle was amazing. Follow up however was not. 4 weeks into having the vehicle we discovered an oil leak while traveling. We contacted the dealership and were told to bring it in. When they looked at the vehicle service told us the valve covers were leaking it would be fixed at the cost of the dealership. They would order the parts and we would be called in 2-3 days to bring the vehicle in to be fixed. We were assured it would not damage the vehicle to continue to drive it until then as it was a small leak. 3 days later, no call and the vehicle's transmission was beginning to stick in 1st gear. We call again and they tow the vehicle, we are assured that the issues will be covered under the 60 day 2000 mile warranty. 1 week later, no calls to us so I call to be told it is not covered under the warranty and we were going to have to pay to have the work done. After calls to the warranty company and being told they basically cover nothing, I contacted the original dealership, Ford Stone Mountain in Ga and their service manager Jon told us to bring it to him and he would stand behind doing to work even if the warranty company refused to cover it. Drove 200 miles to Jon. He discovered it was not the valve covers but was the condenser for the motor and tansmission. He did a wonderful job on our vehicle and did the work for part cost only. Lenior City's service department not only lied in saying the issue would be fixed at their cost, then it would covered under the warranty, they also held the vehicle for a week with no answers, and they also misdiagnosed the issue with the oil leak. We would have paid over 1000.00 to fix the wrong part! Jon at Ford Stone Mountain was amazing!

Courtney the online rep contacted me to tell me about a specific car they had a great deal on which picked my interest to go down and check it out. She was very sweet and respectful of my time. I was introduced to Tyler the salesperson. I told him what my future needs were in the next 5 years. He really knew his stuff and it turned out that the Jeep Grand Cherokee was the only SUV that had the towing capabilities that I would need without purchasing a pickup truck. I hate pressure sales and would have ran if I felt pressured. The atmosphere was very laid-back and everyone was respectful of my needs and very friendly. I went home and did my homework and the very next day went back to purchase the car of my dreams. I highly recommend Tyler. He was great throughout the whole procedure and the dealership is wonderful. I highly recommend them to everyone who is looking for a new or used car. I left feeling confident that I got a great deal and had a great experience.

We dealt with Daniel Martinez. He was amazing. He was so patient. We test drove 6 cars late on a Wednesday evening and he was great the whole time. We ended purchasing a car out of one of their sister dealerships in Ga. It arrived when he said it would and they did an amazing job detailing the vehicle. The antenna was broken and they ordered a replacement and installed it before we arrived to pick up the vehicle. Great dealership, even better employees. Ask for Daniel Martinez, you won't be disappointed!

We had a great experience buying our Journey. Both Terry and Amber were very helpful in answering our questions. When Amber wasn't sure of an answer, she immediately went to the repair shop to find out what we needed to know. Terry was very patient helping us to learn the new features and helping to set them up for us. We would definitely recommend this dealership and both Terry and Amber to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
