Great service, the exterior wash was better than I have had anywhere.
And don't bother sending me a name and number to call to "try to make things right" you can't give me back the time I've wasted, or reverse the only damage that has ever been done to what was my dad's truck. You want to make things right, get rid of the current penny pinching owner that only cares about new car sales and his wallet (not a satisfied, customer), the rude service manager, and the under-trained, under-experienced mechanics, and get someone with manners, morals, and people skills like Jim Allen had back in there, and an ASE Certified service manager, with mechanics that are at least going to school to become ASE Certified.
My dad worked for Ford for 27 years. I even have his original UAW card with Jimmy Hoffa's own hand written signature on it. I come from a diehard Ford family. I grew up with the Edsel Ford Mansion within walking distance from my house. And the Ford family living only a couple miles away. Every report I did in school was on Henry Ford. Ford was built on the principal of being the most reliable/dependable vehicle brand out there. But if you let someone like Glen Wood be in charge of a Ford dealer, someone who only cares about new car sales, and couldn't care less about repairing the older ones, then the dependability factor is gone. Anyone can sell a new car. But to keep all the old ones running, that's skill. And when you don't see the old ones out there anymore, it starts to make you wonder how dependable they really are. Who pays a car off with less then 100,000 miles on it? And if a dealership like Lenoir City Ford is refusing to work on any vehicle over that, then how can you depend on it. How many people can afford to scrap a vehicle that they are still paying on because the dealership refuses to work on it, and go get a new one while still paying for the other. If I've got the money I should be able to drive a Model T up to the shop and still get it worked on. Its their own product. How can you deny to fix something your company built. Last I checked I never saw any repair limitation fine print in the commercials, or on the signs at the dealer.
They even got the road tar off, only problem they forgot the interior
C. Sanford
Went in for oil change, tire rotation, exterior wash, and interior vacuum.
They even had someone walk me through connecting both of our phones, demonstrating the technology and features of the vehicle before we even left the lot.
And even after dealing with all that and almost $15,000 spent on repairs, and almost 6 months without my truck, now I'm told by the owner (Glen Wood), and also the service manager, that I am no longer welcome there, even if it's a part covered under the 2 year warranty for previous repairs, because my vehicles are 10+ years old, and over 100,000 miles. Trust me, I don't WANT to bring a vehicle back here, but if the part is still under warranty, I'm not shelling out more money somewhere else. If its not under warranty I will drive the extra miles to ANY other dealer. Any you can forget about me purchasing any new vehicle from Lenoir City Ford as long as Glen is the owner. I can't expressed my hatred enough for this dealership and the way both my vehicle and I were treated.
This was my second vehicle purchase with Lenoir City Ford. Both times my sales person was Cecil Ball and he was such an advocate and worked with my family with integrity and quality customer service. This extends to other departments as well. Such as the finance and paperwork completion team that worked effortlessly in helping me get just the right vehicle for my wife. They were able to share all the safety and quality aspects of each vehicle we looked at and came to a decision a 2014 Ford Escape (white) that we love.
vacuum. With all the other terrific work done, I did not go back in to say anything. My car looks new and runs new!!!
If you don't mind damage being done to your vehicle, bring it here. Its pretty bad when even a neighboring automotive business says "sad to say, you're not the first one we've heard say their vehicle was damaged while it was there". If you don't mind having to come back repeatedly for the same repairs because their mechanics are not certified in any way other then "Ford certified", basically "Self-Certified", sitting around looking up YouTube videos and calling a Ford Service hotline to figure out how to do anything more then an oil change, bring it here. If you don't mind your vehicle being parked outside unlocked, all while "none of the cameras work, the owner is to cheap to get them fixed"(-told by a couple of Ford mechanics), bring it here.
At Lenoir City Ford they have the best salesman you could ever ask for! If you are looking to buy a car I would highly recommend Lenoir City Ford and ask for Steven Ford for your salesman he is very laid back he will listen to you and find you exactly what you are looking for, But Steven don’t stop there he will do everything in his will power to get the deal done for you and will be very patient in the whole process. We got my husband truck there on Friday 12/22/2017. And went back on Saturday 12/23/2017 and I bought a Ford Escape and of course I used Steven again for my salesman!! Now all the other staff made us feel welcome and wanted as well! We also became good friends with Chuck the salesman he never let us get bored in between making deals and doing paperwork he kept me and my husband laughing and joking around with us. Then the fiancé guy Majdiawad was fantastic and funny! He found out that I was getting sick from not eating all day so he took his own personal money and sent Steven are salesman down the road and brought pizza back for me and all the staff to eat that was still there at closing time. He got both deals and insurance done for me and my husband just the way we wanted it and the way it should have been with no beating around the bush! Me and my husband are truly satisfied and can’t come up with any regrets or that something should have been done different! We will definitely recommend and return back to Lenoir City Ford for any of are car buying experience!! Thanks to all staff at Lenoir City Ford!!
Everyone worked as a well oiled machine but, with a touch of class making the experience much more enjoyable. When can you say that about a car buying experience.
Have a Jesus Filled Day everyone!!
Dealt with svc dept. Ben & Joe VERY PROF. We knew what the issue was & had researched parts prices & # of hrs. To do job. Job done was $150-200 LESS than quoted over phone. Plus 2 yr. Warranty on parts & labor to boot. Instead of being $1250--1300 it was $1095 for parts, labor & tax. This was on a 2006 Grand Marquis with 208000 miles on it. Runs GREAT!!
If you want more from a dealership then make sure you make Lenoir City Ford your first and only stop when you need a great experience in purchasing your next vehicle.
