I purchased a used minivan from Pathway, and it was exactly the type of experience it should be. The sale was no-haggle and no-pressure, and the vehicle was exactly as described. We paid a fair (and competitive) price for the van and the people there went out of their way (in time, effort, and expense) to make sure that both they and I felt good about the transaction. I live in the rust belt and drove hundreds of miles to Knoxville with our 8-year old to purchase a "not rust belt" van. Both Dave (general sales manager) and Matt (owner) spent many hours working (long after closing time) to make sure that everything on the van was in perfect shape for our safe drive back home. I feel like we got a great deal for our money, and I feel good about the people we gave it to. What more can you ask? Thanks to the whole staff for running a great business! I expect to be back some day.
