My son was traveling across the country and his alternator failed. It was in the middle of the night and AAA towed the car to Matlock Tire Service in Lenoir City TN. David and crew were there early in the morning and got the car right in. There was a nationwide warranty through Napa Auto Care form our location in NC. David processed the claim through Auto Care and fixed his car and got him back on the road very quickly. I express a huge Thank You to everybody at Matlock that helped to get him back on the road. These people are excellent. I highly recommend them.
they are very friendly and willing to help you in any way they can We got great prices on 4 tires and they let us order 2 and have them put on than get the other 2 the next mouth we had a bent rim and it was fine with them that we had ordered one from Wal-Mart and brought it with us and they put it on when they did the other 2 tires
I was driving through the area when my tire pressure light came on. Good thing for Matlock because they thoroughly comb the tire for damage. Luckily they were able to locate a tiny puncture. Job was done quick. Very satisfied.
This was my first time using them in probably 35 years but they were courteous. Had them change my tires over to new wheels. Did a good job so I'm completely satisfied.
