Premium rims on a Ford Expedition, and yet they still put the weights on the outside... Who does that anymore... Thanks for the scratches. This happened about a year ago and yet it still pisses me off every time I see the marks. They also gave me a bunch of miss matched valve caps and only 2 of my chrome originals.
The wal mart here is fine, but the tire shop sucks. They actually made me drive 30 miles home on a donut because they did not have a tire in stock that precisely matched what the computer said I should use. They had many others that would work fine, but would not sell one to me even if I signed a waiver or mounted it myself. They were the only place still open and they knew that I had a long way to go. They are lucky my donut did not blow, or they would have had a lawsuit.
Never enough workers staffed in tire and lube.

Very nice guys working at this location. They helped me get on my way quickly.
Guess I'll be watching them like a hawk next time... It's sad that they don't train people like they use to. And even when they do/try, most people take no pride in their work and/or have no respect for others property.
