Very pleasant, waited on us at closing time to inspect a flat tire (couldn’t fix due to hole being in sidewall) and were very friendly.
Awsome place to do business the staff is polite and helpfull i have never felt pressured into buying anything that the tell me my vehicle needs and the best part that i love is the are a one stop shop but a lot cheaper than the dealer ship keep it up meineke and i will be your custmer for life i would highly recommend them
I was traveling from Missouri to Pigeon Forge, TN and my car started shaking when I hit my brakes just happened to turn off at the exit to Lenoir, TN and was referred to Meineke and they were awesome. I was so impressed with the gentleman working there. I explained my problem and they immediately looked at my car and let me know the problem and that I would be ok to go on to my destination. The next morning I called and I liked them so much there that I drove an hour back to them and they fixed my car. Again they were so awesome, I can't say how much I appreciate them. My truck broke down on I75. 4:30 in the afternoon, on a Saturday, these guy fixed my truck, got it back on the road, very reasonably. Very good repair job. I was traveling, from 500 miles away, and they could have charged me 2X or more, but didn't. Very ethical folks.
