They have remodel this KFC and it looks clean. Unfortunately, the quality of their food has gone down. Last two times we have been there, we have been disappointed in the quality of food preparation.
The recently remodeled this location and it is much more aesthetically pleasing now. The food is good and this location has a decent buffet. It could still use more attention to cleaning off tables and other areas but they seem to be improving.
Tuesday mark the calender it's Senior day. Chicken Fried Steak day. If the prices were not low enough they give seniors an extra discount on Tuesdays. Best place in Lenoir City for lunch and dinner.
Food was hot and tasted freshly cooked. The staff was friendly. They have a food bar that they continually attended too. We did not get that and got the fill up deals. The restaurant was also clean.
I was pleasantly surprised by the employees happy attitudes even though several customers seem to go out of their way to complain and demand extra services. I ordered the buffet and was pleased to find that it was clean and well kept. All the food was fresh and hot. When I asked for more thigh pieces, I was immediately taken care of with a smile. I will be eating here again very soon
