I have never been in a Zaxby's that has not been good until this one. That drink machine would not dispense ice, there was no coke or diet coke in the machine, the tea urns were empty, the dining room was very dirty, our fries had been pulled early and therefore were underdone and had no salt on them. Overall bad experience.
I'm not happy with this place. I went through drive thru for my husband and I. The sandwiches were fine but the fries were hard as a brick. They must have been from the previous night. So disgusting. I called and talked to manager and he was nice enough but ya know what it doesn't matter how nice ya are. Your the manager, it's your job to know if the food is fresh that your serving customers. All I wanted and anyone would want is some dang fresh fries with their fresh food!!!!!!!!!!
Always enjoy Zaxby's, and have been to this location twice, the first being a few months ago. Back then the walkway at the entrance door was dirty, this time black.
We didn't have to wait long at all and the workers were kind☺
Great salads! We got our food fast this time. The atmosphere is relaxing. It's not loud.
A little work on first impressions will go a long way. Can you say "pressure clean"?
