Bought a mattress, about a year later it started sagging to the point our backs were bothering us. We called to make good on the 10 year warranty...they were not helpful...and did not make good on the warranty. Would not recommend.
These folks are great to work with. My husband has had multiply back surgeries and he has been unable to find a mattress that he could sleep comfortably in for the past five years. We bought three during the past five years and none of them helped. Linda and Maria helped us with our new mattress, an AH Beard. It is the most awesome mattress, and now my husband can sleep with me. I love that. The service and knowledge is worth the time it takes. I would highly recommend putting All American Mattress on your shopping list!

Have had only excellent guidance in selection and purchase of our bed. Excellent customer service then four years ago and now in helping to to resolve a current issue. Not many stores would be thatheelpful. Ken and Linda make that happen. Would highly recommend doing business with them!
All American Mattress in Lenoir City had top notch customer service. I was amazed at the time that the owners spent with me, teaching me about how to achieve an optimal sleep experience. I had no clue before I went to their store about all there is to a great mattress. The owners are informed, kind, professional and courteous. I am extremely grateful for the options that they explained to me that I had and the different types of mattresses that could work for me.
