Horrible staff/owner, dirty rooms. It feels like a dirty truck stop with towel head owners who only care about making money..
everyday I was locked out of my room so I had to go to the office to have my card fixed and each time the staff was unfriendly... my room was very dirty the carpet was so nasty my socks were black and when I first checked in I wiped everything down with cleaning wipes and they were all black too it was disgusting!! The toilet was wobbly and the bathroom always smelled like cigarette smoke yuck!!! Every morning the housekeeper put a stack of clean bed sheets (for all the rooms) on the trash can outside by the staircase and she kept them on that trash taking them one by one until her rooms were all “cleaned “ this was the worst stay ever don’t waste your money on this place!!
Beautifully remodeled rooms, big tv's with most cable channels I have at home. The beds are very comfortable, but the half pillows on the bed made me have a difficult sleep. There are multiple restaurant options within walking distance, and restaurant with a bar on property.
Would not suggest anyone to stay here. I arrived at the hotel and they said they did not have a reservation for me even though I had a confirmation number. They still could not find me in the system with my confirmation number so I had to go find another hotel to stay at. The next day they charged my card for the two days I planned to stay there even though I never checked in because they couldn’t find me in the system. Once I called and told the manager what was going on she told me I could only get refunded for one day because “I didn’t show and they held the room for me” even though I did show up like I was suppose to they just could not find me in their system but they were still able to charge my card.. I have yet to be refunded and it’s been almost two weeks.
Con: showers need to be fixed. The shower head is too low and they must have done a bathfitter to update the bathroom. You feel like a giant because at 5'6" I was eye level with the shower head. Not a hot breakfast available both times I tried going.
