Nice place to stay. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast and area was very clean. The guy at the front desk was very nice and even made our waffles for us. Would stay there again.
One of the best hotel I have ever stayed. Very well maintained. The owner was all hands on, very friendly and courteous. Excellent!!
I have been staying at this hotel about once a month over the past 2 years for business. It is by far the best value for this area. I've stayed at other hotels in the area that cost more because of their names and they were no where near as clean. I now purposefully stayed at this hotel even though my business may be in Knoxville because of the cleanliness and wonderful service.The manager, the night staff and the cleaning staff all go above and beyond to make this a nice place to stay. I will continue to return this location whenever I am in the area.
This is our second time to stay here. First time our van's transmission went out on the way to the ballgame. Owner was extremely helpful in helping us find a taxi and anything else we needed. This time a lot more uneventful thank goodness but still a great stay. Clean rooms, wonderful customer service.
I rarely stay at an econolodge but I needed a quick option and I chose this place because of the reviews. I will say that I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were updated and very clean. The staff is also great. They definitely wanted to make sure the room was ok and that I was comfortable. I think management makes all the difference. 5 stars with proper expectations.
